Team 449

After the first day of competitions at Chesapeake, Team 449 is undefeated with five qualification matches under our conglomerative belt. There were no major breakdowns of the robot, and we've only continued to improve. We're currently ranked second place with two matches to go, meaning we have an extremely good chance of making it to the finals tomorrow afternoon.

As for the team, we have loads of spirit and gracious professionalism. Many team members dressed up as the Blazer to cheer on our team during matches, and in the pit, we've helped other teams with aspects ranging from camera calibration to essentially rebuilding a drive train. Even if we don't win, we've learned a lot and fulfilled the mission of FIRST.
