Team 449 is dedicated to giving back to our community through education. In the summertime, we offer free weekly classes on various STEM topics to students in grades K-12 via Google Meet.
In 2026, our team members are teaching four virtual classes that run from August 1 to 23. Signups are closed, but please add yourself to our mailing list!
- Algebra 1 Bootcamp: Math: Introduction to Algebra 1 (generally recommended for students in grades 4-8)

August 1-22, Saturdays 2-3 p.m. - CAD Basics: Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Onshape for beginners
August 2-23, Sundays 11 a.m.-noon - Scratch Simplified: Scratch: block-based visual programming for complete beginners
